Planning a funeral comes with enough decisions. This estimator gives you a clear place to start with common service packages, then lets you choose only the additional goods and services that fit your family’s needs.
Some arrangements include required basic services and overhead, and certain legal or service requirements may affect the final statement provided by Smith Funeral Chapel.
Professional Services
Details
This fee will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements selected. It includes staff response, arrangement conference, authorizations and permits, vital statistics, obituary preparation and placement, staff assistance before, during, and after services, and facility overhead including insurance, wages and benefits, maintenance, utilities, administrative costs, equipment, and inventory. This fee is already included in direct cremation, immediate burial, forwarding remains, and receiving remains.
